TOCI was born from direct experience in the operating room and from the conviction that the Mexican healthcare system urgently needed change: digitalization, traceability, and real safety in surgical processes. Our founder, an engineer with decades of experience in medical technology and international training, witnessed a critical reality: surgical decisions made without accurate information, manual processes, and obsolete systems. While Europe was advancing in technological integration, Mexico continued to work with paper and physical images. After years of introducing innovation to the country, and having firsthand knowledge of the first surgical integration systems in operation, he understood it was time to take the next step: collaborating on the design of a solution adapted to the Mexican clinical environment. Thus, a partnership was born with a specialized development team, in which our founder actively participated in the design of SIREL, a disruptive surgical platform designed to provide efficiency, precision, and connectivity to the modern operating room. At TOCI, we assumed the responsibility of bringing this solution to hospitals and clinics throughout Mexico. We market SIREL with the conviction that national talent can meet any global standard.
